1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@smilemx.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that:

  • It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@smilemx.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@smilemx.com for further assistance.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it after delivery according to our return policy.
